I went to Focus Park／フォーカスパークでお散歩

Mummy took me to the Focus park this lunch time. I hadn’t been there for long time so I fairly enjoyed it although I was on the lead.

COCOのショートウォークに今日は近所の“フォーカスパーク”へ。
この名前はマミーが勝手に付けました。Focusっていうお店の裏だから。
電車好きなCOCO。橋の上から線路を眺めてます。「何時に電車来るんやろ？」

We crossed the railway bridge and looked down to see if the train came. We waited for a while but nothing came. Boring...I like seeing trains, daddy.

Well, getting on the train is even better.

久しぶりのフォーカスパーク。周りが道路で囲いもないのでリードウォーク限定。

When will we go somewhere special by train, daddy? The train which I took in Cornwall was marvellous wasn’t it? I want to do something like that again.



帰りは駅を通り抜けて帰りましょう。
ちょっと分かりにくいですが、頭上に電線は全くありません。
「電車でどっかに行きたいわぁ」



On our way back we walked through the station. It was very quiet there. I sat down to see the train but again nothing came. Boring...

When I got back it was Silky’s turn to go out. I wanted to go out with them so I went to the front door, but mummy told me to stay inside. Boring...

１５分程のリードウォーク終了。次はシルキーの番。
さすがに二日目になると、COCOは一緒に公園に行きたそう。我慢よ、COCO。
「たいくつ、たいくつ、たいくつ・・・」

It seemed that Silky enjoyed playing with the ball and running around as usual. She met a few doggies but unlike me she has very good social skills so didn’t cause any problem. She was taken her ball a few times by other dogs, but still she wasn’t upset or anything. She is good isn’t she, daddy? But I wonder...if I take something from her she would be upset wouldn’t she?

すごい早足で公園に10分ほどで到着。シルキーはヒトリでも楽しそう。

うーん、でもやっぱりCOCOがいないと寂しいか？

約1時間半のお散歩でした。さあCOCOが待ってるからさっさと帰ろう！
「ランチはなーに？」

Mummy and Silky said that people were asking about me in the park. I am OK everyone!! It is just my legs or neck which I have to be careful now.

公園でたくさんの人がCOCOの事を気遣ってくれました。
明日はいよいよレントゲン。麻酔をするから可哀相だけど、
とにかく、何も異常がありませんように・・・。

Daddy, I will have to have an x-ray tomorrow won’t I? Mummy is nervous a bit.

I'm bored daddy.／ダディー、退屈～！

Mummy took me out in the rain this morning. Of course I wore my dragon raincoat but my paws were quite wet so I had to do a manicure afterwards.



朝のお散歩時は雨だったのでガチャピンレインコートでお散歩。
足が汚れちゃったからマミーに洗ってもらって、仕上げのお手入れしてんねん。



Around lunch time it wasn’t raining but I hid under the table because I didn’t want to go out. It’s still wet outside isn’t it? Then I will get messy won’t I?



COCOのお昼のお散歩は１０分ウォーク。なぜ？
そしてマミーはシルキーを連れて公園へ行く準備。
「マミー、行っちゃうの？」



But mummy took me for a short walk without Silky. Why without Silky? Just mummy and me. Slow and relaxing walk. I liked it.

シルキーとマミーは公園に１０分ちょっとで到着。COCOと一緒の時は倍以上掛かります。
フタリの歩く早さ、違いすぎ。

何だかCOCOがいないと寂しいね。

Then mummy put  the harness on Silky and got ready for the usual walkies. What about me? Am I not going?

They left me. Why, why, why? It must be because of my condition. I went to the vet yesterday and it seems that I might have a problem around my neck that is making me limp. I got this medicine but I will have to go back there on Wednesday for X-ray. Mummy is worried. I will be fine won’t I, daddy?



COCOは足の調子が悪くて獣医さんへ。
水曜日にはレントゲンの予定です。
どうかどうか、何も悪いことがありませんように・・・



Silky and mummy came back from the park in one hour. Hmmm? It was quick wasn’t it? Silky said they had walked very quickly to the park so it took only 10 minutes or so to get there. Does it mean I walk extremely slowly? I don’t think so. Mummy didn’t chat with anyone today did she?

シルキーはCOCOのことを可哀相と思ってるのかな。
ベッドに入ってきたよ。ちょっときつい・・・。
それにしても、散歩もダメ、遊びもダメ。退屈～！

I thought that we could play or chat together after Silky’s walkies but mummy went out for

Yoga, and Silky fell asleep because she was tired after her walkies. Well, I’ll sleep again then.

When mummy came back, Silky and I were enjoying play fighting but mummy stopped us after a while because I shouldn’t run around too much.

DADDY!! I’m bored!

Daddy found the village shop／ウィンザーグレートパーク

We went to Windsor Great park to find “the village shop” which daddy couldn’t find last time.

At first mummy and daddy had lunch lunch in the cafe. In this building, doggies can sit on the terrace and we even can go in the shop. It is good isn’t it?

COCOが好きなウィンザーグレートパークにやって来ました。

まずはマミーとダディがカフェでランチ。
ここはワンちゃんもテラス席ならOK。ショップにも入れます。

Now, mummy and daddy got energy to walk so let’s get started.

今日、ここに来た一番の目的はビレッジショップを見つけること！
前回、アイスクリームが食べたかったのに、歩いても歩いても見つけられず
悔しい思いをしたのです。

We came to the sign post “The village shop” and we walked towards the different direction from the last time. We walked and walked and there were a few ways we could go but no sign post...which way is it?

しかし最初のサインポストの後は何も目印がなく・・・
でも通りすがりの人が教えてくれました。
牛さんに挨拶しつつ、さあ向かいましょう！

Daddy asked a man for directions and then we carried on, saying “Hello!” to the cows. Soon after we saw a small village and here it was!! The village shop!!

あった！これがビレッジショップ！
おみやげ物屋さんかと思ったけど、ただのお店でした。

COCOとシルキーもベンチで一休み

Daddy wanted to have an ice cream but he couldn’t find the shop last time. Now he is sitting on the bench with me and eating his dream ice cream!! He was extremely happy so I was very glad for daddy.

COCOちゃん、なんでそんなに嬉しいの？

だって、ダディが夢のアイスクリームを食べることが出来てすっごく嬉しそうだから、
私も嬉しいねん！

Mummy bought a map of this big park from the shop so now we know the area. Where are we going daddy? Daddy decided to walk towards my favourite Copper Horse.

ビレッジショップでマミーはマップ購入。さてどちらに向かいましょう？

On the way, we stopped at “The Jubilee Statue” and posed for daddy.

COCOが好きなコッパーホース像の方向へ向かいつつ歩くことに。
道中、ジュビリー像の前でポーズ。

エリザベス女王即位50周年の像だそうです。

We carried on walking along Queen Anne’s Ride and I posed for daddy at “Millstone”. It was windy so excuse my bad hair style...

そしてこのミルストーンという石碑の穴の中でポーズ。
強風の為に髪型が乱れてます。

After a while we walked pass the Copper Horse statue, I said hello to George and we headed towards the Savill Gardens Car Park where we started. Occasionally mummy asked me how my legs were. Thank you mummy. They are quite OK today.

コッパーホースでジョージに挨拶した後、出発地点へ戻ることに。
近頃足の調子が悪いから、時折マミーが「COCO大丈夫？」
「ありがとー、マミー。今日は調子良いねんわぁ。」

Silky and I posed for daddy here and there, such as at the cow pond where the water lilies were starting to bloom, in front of a big tree which daddy wanted to hug, and this huge leaf. What it this plant, daddy?

Just before we arrived at the car park area we saw this horse carriage. The horses are huge so I was a bit scared but I liked the noise of the horse walking.

こんな巨大な葉っぱもあったり！
いろんな植物が咲いてます。

Then we saw a Polo game. I’d never seen Polo this close!! When they were so close to us it was very powerful!! It was cool wasn’t it, daddy?

そしてポロの練習試合も見かけました。マミーは初めてみたよ！

楽しかった約４時間のウォーキング。でも何と言ってもダディがビレッジショップで
夢のアイスクリームを食べれたのが一番だよね！
なんてダディ孝行なワンちゃんたち。

We had been walking for about 4 hours and it was quite a fun walk. The best thing for today was that daddy found the village shop and had an ice cream wasn’t it, daddy?

We saw a Cockapoo !!!／コッカープーに会ったよ

今日は暑いぐらい。でもシルキーは元気ハツラツ！

In the park Silky was very energetic again. Yesterday she found a cherry tree and a lot of cherries were on the ground. Silky started eating them so mummy stopped her, but it seemed that Silky liked them.

Today as soon as she saw the tree she ran and started picking cherries up.

公園でサクランボの木を見つけたシルキー。
下に落ちてるサクランボを美味しそうに食べ出した！

However she wasn’t that bad today because when mummy called her she came back to mummy immediately. Then she played with the Frisbee in this hot weather while I was observing it on my bench.

カンカン照りの中、COCOはマイベンチに座ってシルキーが走りまくるのを眺めてます。
「あのスタミナ、どこから来るんやろ？」

Daddy, I’d seen this golden colour boy often in the park but never knew what he was. Today I found out he is a Cockapoo!!

シルキーのフリスビーレッスン後に歩いていると、よく会うワンちゃんに会いました。
この子、コッカースパニエルとプードルのミックス「コッカープー」

And then we met Rosie the Sheltie. Her mummy thinks she is 12 years old. Well, she is a rescue so her mummy doesn’t know her real age. I met her on the day of my first walkies didn’t I? Here is the photo of me with Rosie about 3 and a half years ago. Was I scared of her?

そしてこの子は推定年齢１２歳のロージー
シェルティだそうです。

このロージーとは３年半程前、COCOの初めてのお散歩の日にも会ったんですよ。
見てください、このCOCOのギョッとした表情！

I have been limping again, and mummy and daddy think that I might not feel confortable wearing harness. So today I used my old but posh half choke collar.

シルキーは暑い中、休みなく走ってます。

一方、COCOは涼みつつ・・・ニッコリ

I sat down a few times on the way to the park but I felt it was easier to walk without the harness. We will see my favourite vet Andy on Sunday, so if he says wearing a collar is better, will you buy a gorgeous pink collar with some twinkle for me, daddy?

COCOはアジリティで足を痛めて以来、時々調子が悪くなります。
どうもハーネスが圧迫しているのかなーと。
なので今日はハーネスじゃなくてハーフチョークのカラーでお出かけしてみました。

Or is it better to wear a half choke collar for my fluffy and hairy fur around my neck as my breeder mummy said? I don’t mind using this half choke collar because it’s from a posh Japanese pet shop isn’t it?

ブリーダーさんがシェルティのフワフワの襟巻きのためには普通の首輪より
ハーフチョークが良いと言っていたんですが、どうなんでしょうね？
これ、大阪難波パークスのペットショップで買った可愛いハーフチョークです。

Anyway as a model, important thing is wearing something pretty and gorgeous, isn’t it daddy!!

It's woofly hot today.

It is woofly beautiful weather isn’t it!!

公園の小川のほとりでジョアンナさんにコンニチハ。
「可愛いわねぇ～」「ありがとー、ジョアンナさん」

I met Mrs J by the small river in the park and she said “You are beautiful aren’t you?” as usual. I like it when people say that to me!!

今度はチワワマンにコンニチハ。
「柔らかいねぇ～」「はい、柔らかいです。」
チワワマンは公園の反対側を歩いていたのに、
COCOの「好き好き光線」に引き寄せられてCOCOのところまで来てくれました。

And then , I saw Mr Chihuahua man walking on other side of the park. Mummy waved at him and carried on walking but I beamed at him with “I like you!” expression on my face. He came across the grass, sat down with me and we had a chat. Mummy didn’t know that I wasn’t following her and kept walking with Silky. Is she going without me? She will stop, won’t she? Ah yes, she did.

チワワマンはチワワを２匹飼っているんですが、
この子は「ミーアキャット」のモノマネが得意だそうです。

Daddy, he has two Chihuahuas and one of them can do “Meerkat”.

シルキーはフリスビーもボールも独り占め。COCOがキャッチしようとすると横取り。

そして決して走るのを止めません。
「ちょっと休んだら？」

We reached the usual bench and Silky played with the Frisbee today. I wanted to join her but every time I took the Frisbee she told me “Get off!!”. So I sat down under the bench and watched her playing. They are originally my Frisbee and my ball but Silky doesn’t let me use them. Dear, dear...Mummy held her harness to stop so that I could run to get it but Silky struggled and barked a lot so we just let her play. She never got tired and kept running. She has amazing stamina, daddy.

シルキーがボールやフリスビーを貸してくれないからCOCOはベンチの下で見学。
「マミー、オヤツくれる？」

もともとは全部COCOのオモチャだったのに・・・。
独り占めするだけあって、シルキー、めっちゃ上達してきました。

I showed my “Bang!!” skill to Mr Rose today and he was very pleased.
