Sale, Sale, Sale

In the park, I met Katy.  At first she was quieter than usual so I was relieved. But when she saw a big dog holding a ball in his mouth, OH MY WOOF!!  She got very excited and barked, barked and barked.  After the big dog left mummy tried to take a photo of us, three shelties, but I didn’t want to sit very close to her.  Silky seemed happy enough to sit next to her,  so it was OK that I didn’t sit next to Katy wasn’t it, daddy?  I hope I wasn’t too rude...

In the afternoon, I was checking my blog and saw this advert.  “SALE”  What an attractive word it is!!

Silky said that she had seen lots of “SALE” signs in the shop windows on the way to the puppy class yesterday.  She was sick in the car and yet she was checking those “SALE” signs.  That’s my little sister!

Daddy, can you take me and Silky shopping this weekend?  Silky should start looking around shops shouldn’t she?  I will pick up a pretty collar for Silky.  Collars with some pretty flowers or small jewels would be cute on her.

I had a nice day at nanny's.

Yesterday, we went to nanny Joan and granddaddy Mick’s .  The photo is me and Silky on nanny Joan and granddaddy Mick’s bed.  When I sleep over at nanny’s she always puts me on the bed in the morning and we have a cosy chat for a while about the weather, the plan for the day, how good I am and so on.  Silky hasn’t done this yet and now she is really looking forward to sitting on the bed with nanny and me in the morning.

On Sunday, Silky went to the puppy class as usual and I had to look after the house on my own.  Boring...

 

 

COCO首輪コレクションから　ピンクのビーズカラー

So, I decided to tidy my collar collection box.  I have lots of pretty collars, because as a young fashionable doggie who wants to be a super star I have to wear a suitable collar for each occasion.  These two are my latest collections. I got these in the same design but in different colousr so that I can coordinate with other things such as hats, ribbons or scarfs.

When I was tiding my box I heard loud barking.  It seemed that Silky was back and fighting with David the duck.  She likes chewing his wings but doesn’t like his quacking. I wonder who won, Silky or David?

By the way, daddy, why do we call him David?

Trip to London

It is cold but sunny today so I enjoyed walking in the park.

今日は寒いけど良い天気～♪

After the walkies we had lunch-lunch and then Silky was sleeping.  I could have a nap-nap too but I need a bit of “Me time” because I will go to London tomorrow so I have to think what to wear.

When I go out I always want to look sophisticated and glamorous, especially when I go to somewhere like London.  It is very important for girls who want to be a super star one day.

明日はロンドンへ。

I found this pink flowery dress with a big bow.  It is mid winter and lots of people tend to wear dark colours don’t they?  Well, I rather want to wear something bright to cheer myself up.  I couldn’t find a suitable hat for this dress, so I put a small pink rose on my head.  Hmmm...Is it too girly?

Or I can just wear pretty ribbons on my head.  Small pink ribbons?  Or these hand-made pink ribbons or yellow ones?

What are you wearing tomorrow, daddy?  It is important as well, you know?  Because you will be walking with me so you must look good, and then there will be more of a possibility for me to catch someone’s eye, right?

E-mail from Silky to Daddy

Hello daddy,

Coco asked me if I wanted to write to daddy.  I was over the moon because I thought she would never ask me.

Silky：ピーウィー、サミー、ルル...どれがウォンダーだっけ？
Coco：ずっと後ろの方。おいでシルキー、おやつ貰いに行こ。

What can I write?  Where to start?

Well...in the morning nothing much happened.  After mummy came back from shopping, mummy took me and Coco to the park and I met some of Coco’s friends.  Coco taught me their names and I tried to remember them.  And then, I wanted to make it sure but Coco told me to follow them to get nice sweeties from Mr P. 

I could remember Sammy easily though, because he was the only boy in the group.

Coco：もう一つちょうだい

Mr P gave yummy sweeties to all of us, one each. I was at the back feeling a bit shy but Mr P called me and gave me one, too.  Then I noticed that Coco was doing “Paw” to get more.  But mummy told Coco that she’d got one already so she couldn’t get anymore.  I thought that one was enough but I wonder....Will I become like Coco? Because mummy said Coco hadn’t been like that, and according to mummy, I eat much quicker than Coco, try to get more than Coco, and sometimes even try to steal from Coco.  Well...Coco eats very gently and slowly doesn’t she?

Mummy doesn’t give us many sweeties in the park but I did pee-pee and poo-poo in the park.  It was the first time for me to have done both in the park.  Mummy was very pleased and gave tiny sweeties to both me and Coco.

Mummy carried me home and then Coco and I had a lovely nap-nap.  Now we are awake and Coco stole my favourite rabbit toy for puppy and I am digging your sofa.

Silky did 'down' today.

I found this magazine but it was a bit of an old edition.  Mummy said she had forgot about the magazine but the reason she bought it was because the cover was a photo of a pretty tri-colour sheltie, and mummy and daddy wanted to have a tri-colour girl in future.

I think Silky might look like this Sheltie when she grows up, don’t you think, daddy?  Then, we both could be a super model couldn’t we?  “Coco & Silky, Super model sisters”  How exciting is that!!  Hold on...but she might want to do agility because she must be very good only if daddy can run fast.

Anyway she can start thinking about her career can’t she?  She can be both an athlete and a model can’t she?  Like I want to be a super model, an actress and a therapy dog.

In the magazine, I found the article about “Dog theft”.  Scary isn’t it?  I told Silky we had to be careful because we are pretty girls.  And also I told her not to follow strangers even though they had yummy sweeties.  Silky said that one day I wandered off towards MR P to get yummy sweeties even though mummy told me to come back, even though Mr P was heading towards car park to go home, and even though he was far away from Silky and mummy.  Did I?

Anyway I had enough of the magazine so decided to have a nap-nap. Silky loves mummy’s hot-water bottle doesn’t she?   She found it and got excited again!  After a few minutes excitement she sat down and slept on it. I had a look at it but I don’t understand why she loves it so much.

Daddy, Silky did “Down” a few times today and she could even stay still for a while, while mummy took photos of her “down” position.
