Coco Sheltie: Pretty as a flower.

いつもお散歩に出ると思いっきり駆け回る元気一杯ガール
だんだんフサフサしてきました。

When we were walking in the park two bulldogs came towards us. Mummy lured me with sweetie to walk away from them but one of them was very fat and his face was so big that I couldn’t look away from him. When they passed me he looked at me so I made my scary face because his face was too...you know...

めっちゃ太ったブルドッグにガウガウと追いかけられて怖かった・・・
オデブちゃんと思ったのが伝わったんかな？　お尻を噛まれそうだったよね。
ベンチの下に避難中「もうどっか行った？」

Then he was upset. I didn’t say he was ugly or not pretty but maybe he felt it. Mummy took my harness to stop me so that I couldn’t snap at him but he started to have a go at me. Mummy pulled me but he persistently tried to get my bum. He was growling and pinched my hair a bit. HELP!! His owner was struggling to get him and he keeps biting the hair around my bottom. HELP, HELP!! Finally his owner caught him and I was saved. It was scary wasn’t it, mummy!!

でも犬と遊ぶより鳥やリス、ボールやフリスビーを追いかける方が楽しいそうです。
鳥「私のこと追いかけるつもり？」　シルキー「うん、そのつもり」

ネコのように身体を屈めて近付いて一気に走ります！
が、相手は鳥。無理だよね～

Anyway why do these kind of things always happen to me? Silky always runs to get the ball with loud barking, chases squirrels and pigeons very happily and enjoys her walk, while I get involved in those incidents. Actually, before we left the park we passed the big Alsatian and he barked at me too. Did I do anything to upset him? I don’t remember...I might have shown my scary face because he was scary.

「全部追い払ってやったでー！！」

We carried on our walk and saw Archie and his daddy. Archie’s daddy was watching the incident with the bulldog earlier and he said that he thought the bulldog was a girl. WHAT!! That was why the bulldog got upset when I thought she wasn’t pretty.

オッちゃん達の立ち話はサッカーのチャンピオンシップについて・・・
黒ラブ君のお父さんによると、さっきのブルドッグは女の子みたいだと。
あ・・・だからCOCOが「オデブちゃん」って思ったのを怒ったのね。

When we were talking, another Labrador boy came and their daddies started talking about the championship football. I was listening for a while but it was all Greek to me so I said bye-bye and followed mummy.
