In the park we met Barney. He is 17 years old and still working as a therapy dog. Therapy dog, daddy!! That is what I want to try isn’t it? Barney’s mummy gave me information about the therapy doggie thing so you must check it out for me, daddy. One day I might hold my own fashion show at some old people’s houses.
After we said bye-bye to Barney, mummy told us to sit, stay and come. We ran towards mummy at once but Silky was very serious so I slowed down to look at her. You can see how serious she was in this photo, daddy.
On our way home, a man suddenly called out “Excuse me!!” coming out of the motor bike shop. He said that he had seen us everyday and always wondered what breed we were. Mummy likes when people stroke us or ask about shelties so mummy was beaming and even said “Why don’t you get one!” to him. He admired me and stroked me saying I was beautiful, so I sat down between his legs and showed him my extra special pretty face.
When I was having a nap nap mummy was getting ready to go shopping. I was sleepy but I am in charge while mummy is out, so I got out of my bed to see her off. Mummy laughed because my hair was a bit messy. She is rude isn’t she?
Anyway, mummy’s hair is funny when she gets up in the morning isn’t it?
Talking of hairstyle, Silky has lovely shiny coat doesn’t she? And daddy loves her curly fluffy hair around her ears. I have a bit of curly hair too but not as long as Silky’s. I think Silky is smug about her fluffy ear hair.
By the way daddy, last night when you were out for the camera club competition Silky was sleeping on the sofa. I think she was eating something in her dream.
